2. Travel details:
Saturday 14th January to Saturday 21st January 2012
· Coach to Manchester Airport from Jedburgh.
· Flight to Grenoble Airport.
· Coach to Alpe D’Huez. Transfer time is approximately 2hr. 30 minutes
3. Passports:
Each student must have their own passport.
We are required to supply the Airlines with passport
details at least a month before departure.
It is essential then that the passport is current at this time.
The Passport will be collected in prior to departure and handed out to
each student at the airport.
4. European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC)
Each student is required to have this card.
Application forms are available from the post office or at
www.ehicform.org
5. Clothing:
Helmets are worn when skiing. These are available for hire
in the resort.
Waterproof Jackets, trousers and gloves are required. It is best to wear
layers of clothing.

TKmax: Murrayfield or Straiton Junction. Edinburgh
Blues: Rose Street, Edinburgh
Blacks.
Marshalls: Berwick upon Tweed.

6. Ski Lessons:
These will be available on Jedburgh Ski slope prior to departure.
2 hour lessons are provided by Ski School in the resort daily.
7. Evening activities in the Resort:
There will be a choice of indoor and outdoor activities such as
A Quiz Night, karaoke, swimming, Talent show and Skating.
8. Luggage allowance: one piece of luggage 20kg
Hand Luggage limit of 5 kg.
9. A fitness Regime: To gain maximum enjoyment during the ski trip
students are encouraged to follow exercise plan
for at least a month before departure.
