House System
There are three Houses in the school - Brewster, Rutherford and Thomson
In each House there is an assigned Pastoral Teacher, House Head, House Master and House Mistress, together with S6 House Captains.
Brewster: House Head - Mr Ferguson
Pastoral Teacher - Miss Denholm
Rutherford : House Head - Mrs Farrell
Pastoral Teacher - Mr Rafferty
Thomson: House Head - Miss Howie
Pastoral Teacher - Miss Denholm/Mr Rafferty (caseloads are split alphabetically)
This team will promote and organise House competitions that all pupils will be able to access regardless of age, gender,interest and ability - these will cover all areas of the school curriculum as well as extra-curricular activities.
Achievement outwith the school will also be recognised through Houses .
House assemblies will also take place for the purpose of recognising achievement throughout the school session.
