RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

Following Council and National policy, all pupils in S1 and S2 receive two periods and those in S3 and S4 receive one period of religious education per week following a course which takes a comparative approach to a number of the most common world religions.

Again following council policy, pupils attend religious assemblies. Parents are free to withdraw their children from religious assemblies, and those wishing to do so should contact the school.
